Clark Memorial Library "Summer Reading & Story Time"
The Clark Memorial Library "Summer Reading & Story Time" program kicked off on Wednesday, June 5, with professional reader Kay Gibbs. Each Wednesday at 10 a.m. readers from the NAU Civic Institute will enact stories geared for children entering Preschool through Kindergarten, older or younger siblings are also welcome. Each session includes games/activities, crafts, prizes, as well as story time. On Mondays at 1 p.m., the library will feature Movies on Monday, featuring PG rated kid's films based on popular children's novels such as The Borrowers and Diary of a Wimp Kid. All programs at the library are free. An adult must accompany youth under the age of 8. The Clark Memorial Library is located at 39 N. Ninth Street, Clarkdale.
