... treasure from the sea, or merely a beautiful reflection of sun on the beaches of the golden state? Methinks it is a bit of both as the setting sun turns the water a rich golden color wreathed in white foam. I do miss the sea and the ever changing moods over thousands of miles. Other civilizations on the far shores and no doubt another dreamer reflecting on the beauty of all that is earth; turning eyes towards the heavens and wondering in amazement at all that is out there. Q is on his blanket, paw hanging over the edge of the desk, eyes closed and dreaming of places far beyond our understanding; such is the nature of our feline friends. Life is good and it is beautiful...if that is what you perceive and believe.

I am far behind in answering emails, please have patience as there are some demands that have precedence. Life continues and I do enjoy reading your emails ...sorry about the delays of sometimes weeks in replying. Hoping to turn the corner in the near future and get caught up again.

Have a terrific day and take some of this gold along with you as you live your day. Make good choices today and enjoy the gold ... do not try to spend it :+)

At nightfall,

Though I know I shall sometime no more open my eyes to the night or the day.

I am one who looks at the stars when unchained from the workbench at nightfall.

They are a sign I am not ephemeral, nor you, nor you, whoever you are.

The dawn comes and the dark and the sign sparkling in the brooding night,

forever and forever.
