...on a painted sky and so the words steam in Neil Diamond's music for Jonathan Livingston Seagull...and the quiet of the night approaches in this photo I took on my walk last night. There was a lot of definition in the clouds and I guess I just like the feel and mood of the evening. Took the shot from the cart path on the second hole a couple hundred years up from our home and you can make out the green.

More work on photos today and tomorrow tutorials will absorb most of my time during the day. Time to upload some new images to the websites too.

Looks like the winds will be down by Wednesday and I can get back to the sky. So with Bobby McFerrin singing his song "Don't Worry, Be Happy", time to take leave and call it a night.

Be are blessed...share the joy.

At nightfall,

Though I know I shall sometime no more open my eyes to the night or the day.

I am one who looks at the stars when unchained from the workbench at nightfall.

They are a sign I am not ephemeral, nor you, nor you, whoever you are.

The dawn comes and the dark and the sign sparkling in the brooding night,

forever and forever.
