Obituary: Jess Collinsworth 1930 - 2013

Jess Collinsworth, 83, of Cottonwood, Az passed away on May 10, 2013.

Jess was  born in Ezel, Kentucky, on April 19, 1930. During a short stay at Williams  AFB, he met the love of his life, Norma Jane Warren, who preceded him in  death. He was a mechanic most of his life and owned C&C Automotive in  Chandler for over 10 years. He spent the last 7 years living in  Cottonwood, Arizona. He was an avid racecar participant and fan. He is  survived by his sons Jim (Sue) Collinsworth , Ron (Paula) Collinsworth ,  Dan (Donna) Collinsworth . Daughters Nancy (Ted) Diepstraten, Gloria  (Bill) Mason; Brothers Ishmael Collinsworth, Chuck Collinsworth, sister  Esta Wells; 14 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren. He was preceded  in death by his daughter Karen Collinsworth. Funeral Services will be held  at 11 am on Wednesday, May 15th at Valley of the Sun Memorial Park, in  Chandler. 10940 E. Chandler Heights Rd., Chandler, Az.
