Thunder Valley Rally takes over at Main Stage
Main Stage, along with The Chaparral, will host official Thunder Valley Rally After Parties this weekend.
On Friday, Sept. 20, and Saturday, Sept. 21, where the massive annual bike run, music festival, Old Town Cottonwood extravaganza ends, Main Stage and The Chaparral will pick up. Micki Free, Christopher Robin and a host of special surprise guests will get the party going with two nights of rock, blues, and americana. Micki Free is a Grammy Award winning Native American singer, songwriter and guitarist known for his work Shalamar. He has played with the likes of Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top and Bill Wyman of The Rolling Stones and now resides part-time in the Sedona area.
Meanwhile, up the street at The Chaparral, Sir Harrison will play Friday, Sept. 20, and Damokleez will play Saturday, Sept. 21. Both events are free all weekend at both locations are free to the public and will run 9:3 p.m. until 2 a.m.
Main Stage is located at 1 S Main St. in Cottonwood. The venue is open Wednesday-Saturday, 4 p.m.-1 a.m. and Sundays 11 a.m.-1 a.m. All events are free to the public.
