Letter: First-class professionalism from Valley View Care

I wanted to write a letter expressing how impressed I was with the care my husband received from the Valley View Care Hospice House on Willard Road in Cottonwood.

When we first started with the home health care, the nurses who came (beginning with Sheri), were very compassionate, but also extremely professional. We felt very comfortable and secure in their care.

Then when it was time to go to the Hospice House, we were even more impressed. I cannot say enough good about every aspect of this facility. I have not encountered nurses and CAN's that were more compassionate and caring than at this facility. We felt their love and witnessed their tender care.

The facility itself is very family friendly, with a full family kitchen and living room. It is extremely clean and well-maintained.

When it was close to the end, I felt very comfortable leaving my husband at night knowing they would be there with him, especially since they have such a high nurse-to-patient ratio.

I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in my situation. I want people to know that they charge on a sliding scale according to income, so it is very affordable to all.

Thank you Valley View Care for taking such kind and wonderful care of us.
