Fugitive apprehended in Camp Verde
CAMP VERDE – Wednesday, the Camp Verde Marshal’s Office, with the assistance of the Cottonwood K-9 unit and The Gang and Immigration Intelligence Team Enforcement Mission (GIITEM) Task Force, took 47-year-old fugitive Luke Anthony Rivera into custody.
Rivera was apprehended at a residence located in the 3000 block of Dinky Creek Drive in Camp Verde, according to a news release from CVMO.
“Rivera is currently wanted in New Mexico and Washington and has local warrants out of Flagstaff and the Verde Valley,” stated the release.
Rivera was booked into the Yavapai County Detention Center on these warrants, in which two stem from felony charges, said CVMO.
Also arrested was 22-year-old Jalisa J. Schaible of Camp Verde. CVMO said Schaible is being charged with hindering prosecution, false information to law enforcement, and taking the identity of another.
