The Phillip England Center for the Performing Arts Foundation will host Tucson-based bluegrass band the Sonoran Dogs for a concert at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, at the Phillip England Center for the Performing Arts, 210 Camp Lincoln Road, in Camp Verde.
Formed in 2011, The Sonoran Dogs have performed and headlined many festivals and concert venues in the southwestern United States. The band has also toured Australia.
The Sonoran Dogs play with expertise, often improvising and showcasing original songs, traditional and contemporary music as well as an eclectic mix of Bluegrass, Folk, Americana, Celtic, and Newgrass.
The Phillip England Center for the Performing Arts Foundation is a non-profit performing arts organization whose mission is to present culturally diverse arts programming.
