Sedona mayor requires masks
Moriarty proclamation is until further notice

Citizens converse outside Sedona Council Chambers on June 23 during a break in the City Council's meeting, which lasted nearly six hours. On June 24, Mayor Sandy Moriarty issuing a proclamation requiring masks, despite about 25 people who spoke in person at the June 23 meeting, all opposed to both a mask requirement and the use of masks by the public in general. The requirement has no bearing on Village of Oak Creek or Oak Creek Canyon. VVN/Jason W. Brooks
