Customer service has kept Olsen’s Grain in business for two decades
Delivery of hay and other supplies around the Verde Valley, and beyond, is what Robert Shandera (pictured) spends much of his time on. Shandera works for the Clarkdale location of Olsen Grain, along with his wife and store manager, Dawn. The Shanderas say strong customer service has helped the business remain viable during COVID-19.
