State Route 89A between Sedona and Flagstaff set for overnight lane restrictions, ADOT officials say

SEDONA — The Arizona Department of Transportation is advising motorists to plan for overnight lane restrictions on State Route 89A between Sedona and Flagstaff this week, according to a news release.

The overnight restrictions began Sunday, Sept. 19, and are in place from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. through Friday morning, Sept. 24, as crews perform striping work on the roadway:

  • State Route 89A will be restricted to one lane only with alternating north- and southbound travel from milepost 375 to 386.

  • Flaggers will assist drivers through the work zone.

Drivers should be prepared to stop, proceed with caution and watch for maintenance personnel and equipment.
