Victoria Mestas
1926 - 2022
Victoria Mestas was born to James and Edna Mae (Hill) Travagiakis in Cherokee, Iowa May 18th 1926. She is Survived by an older sister Irene Minor of Springville, Iowa, 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her 3 children,2 husbands and 4 siblings.
Vicky attended the Gregg College of Commerce.
She retired from US Gypsum in Phoenix and moved to the Verde Valley in the early 1970’s. She worked in the medical field before finally retiring. Vicky volunteered with the Eden Center and her church for many years. Vicky loved just being involved with the community. Vicky loved reading, fishing, and baking.
The family would like to thank Lori Fruchey and her staff at MingusTerrace assisted living home in Cottonwood Arizona, for the care and compassion they showed Vicky in the final months of her life.
There will be no services.
Westcott Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
