Sedona United Methodist Church will host its annual Pumpkin Patch starting on Sunday, Oct. 1, in the church’s main parking lot. Families of Sedona and the Verde Valley are invited to pick out their perfect pumpkin through Halloween, noon until 6 p.m. daily and Saturdays starting at 10 a.m.

The church has partnered with the Sedona/Verde Valley Young Life to benefit their youth campership program. Young Life camps involve adventures, friendships, fun, great food and hearing the message of God’s love. Every year, thousands of kids who spend time at a Young Life camp describe it as the best time of their life.

Sedona United Methodist Church also invites the community to visit them on Halloween Tuesday, Oct. 31. The church will have its ninth annual “Trunk or Treat” event in the parking lot from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Trunk or Treat is a free, fun, and safe way for kids to celebrate Halloween where members of the Sedona UMC congregation will gather in the church parking lot with their car trunks decorated in Halloween fashion and will pass out candy to the trick-or-treaters. Free hot dogs and snacks will be offered for those who need a quick dinner.

Sedona United Methodist Church is located at 110 Indian Cliffs Road, off State Route 179 at the Indian Cliffs and Back O’ Beyond traffic circle. For more information, please call the church office at 928-282-1780 or visit the website SedonaUMC.org.
