After about three years on the run, the Cottonwood Police Department announced Wednesday that a woman wanted for stealing from the Old Town Association was recently captured in Michigan.
Matthew Ryan Martin, 48, of Cottonwood, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft. Ryan began serving a 90-day jail sentence on Feb. 17 at the Yavapai County Detention Center.
