A reception was held for the unveiling of the Arizona Centennial Legacy Project, “Jerome: A Historical Perspective,” on Wednesday afternoon at the Jerome Town Hall. History buffs, mayors and town mangers from the Verde Valley, including Jerome Mayor Jay Kinsella, and those involved directly with the project, including Town Librarian Kathleen Jarvis, were at the event. The 75 framed images that make up the bulk of the project will remain on display in the city council chamber for the foreseeable future. VVN/Jon Pelletier
