The grand opening of The Little Organic Vegetarian Eatery (LOVE) in the Village of Oak Creek is set for Jan. 8.The 100-percent organic cafe is in the Tequa Plaza at 7000 SR 179. The owners are Aldina Zullo and Tyler Ayers.They are serving organic Peruvian shade grown coffee, vegan raw hot chocolate, mochas, hot raw vanilla chai, fresh squeezed juices, smoothies, amazing brown rice pasta with marinara that has been slowly simmered for two days, soups, appetizers, wraps, panini, breakfast and desserts.
