PHOENIX -- Gays are free to marry in Arizona.Attorney General Tom Horne agreed this morning not to appeal a ruling by a federal judge declaring Arizona's ban unconstitutional. He said there is no chance it would be overturned by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals or the U.S. Supreme Court.
