It has been a busy summer at VOCA, with the golf course in full swing (bad pun intended), and the HOA administrative team busily transitioning staff as well as our systems.
VOCA Annual Meeting of April 20th, 2019: The results are in, and the ballot initiative passed by 456 yes/185 no, and the candidates elected to the Board are Kevin O’Connor, James Kautz, John Rogers for three-year terms, Sean Baguley for a two-year term, and David Hanke for a one-year term.
March was an interesting, challenging and busy month for VOCA/OCC to say the least. At the forefront was “snowmageddon” that wreaked havoc on the Oak Creek Country Club golf course.
In order to better understand the interests and opinions of the VOCA membership, the board with assistance from HOAMCO, conducted two surveys.
People often ask, “Why is my neighborhood in an HOA and what do I get for my assessments?”
It takes a village to run VOCA and many are involved. The collective effort of this team makes us the Village of Oakcreek Association.
Since many VOCA members missed our last Board meeting, I thought it worthwhile to highlight a visit from County Supervisor Randy Garrison.
