It is that time of the year, when all families gather to meet their child’s teacher to prepare for the first day of school Aug. 2 as the Camp Verde Unified School District hosts a meet the teacher event Thursday, July 29, according to a news release.

Beginning March 18, the Camp Verde Bashas’ and Cottonwood Food City grocery stores will open from 5 a.m. until 6 a.m. on Wednesdays for anyone age 65 and older, according to a news release from Duality Public Relations.
