Charges initially included 150 counts of fraud, other crimes

An ophthalmologist arrested last year on state charges is due back in court again later this month. Michael Lee Ham, 52, is scheduled to appear before Superior Court Judge Debra Phelan on Monday, Dec. 14, 1:30 p.m. His attorneys will argue a motion to dismiss.
