Tip leads to Dog Park theft suspect who fled Arizona

A suspect, who allegedly broke into vehicles at the Cottonwood Dog Park while dog owners played with their pooches just yards away, flew out of Sky Harbor Airport before police could catch up with him, according to police spokesperson Sgt, Chad Sinn on Tuesday, Jan 18.
